Rosalía has been constantly bringing her audience fresh artistic projects, not only in the amazing music and production in her singles but also in the visual and choreographic material that accompanies her videos.
In her most recent release "A Palé", we see her from a very different angle than in her previous material.
The video takes place in what it seems to be an industrial park, it still contains some of her characteristic subtle Spanish elements in some of the gowns she wears and in some of the freestyle dancing but this video brings a more contemporary side when we see her showing golden teeth and a pronounced unibrow which a lot of people think its a tribute to Frida Kahlo, its also an action that has been taken by some female influencers or models such as Sophia Hadjipanteli as a way to challenge beauty stereotypes of today.
A lot of her fans seem to be going crazy trying to figure out what "a palé" means since it's not a word neither in Catalan or Spanish, some people think it means "someone of pale skin" but are still waiting for Rosalía to clarify what this means.
