As you have probably heard, Beyonceé will be the voice of Nala in the upcoming film ¨The Lion King¨. We recently discovered Beyoncé is releasing a Lion King inspired album were she is executive producer, the album features artist such as Kendrick Lamar, WizKid, Pharrell, Childish Gambino, Jay Z and more.
It was written by IIya Salmanzadeh, Labrinth and of course Beyoncé herself, the album is being released July 19th through Parkwood Entertainment.
On Tuesday the official video for the movie soundtrack ¨Spirit¨ was released, only after 2 days the video already has over 9 million views.
The video contains amazing visuals showing about 11 costume changes and a perfectly fitting choreography. We can also see Blue Ivy Carter by Beyonce´s side at the beginning of the video, both wearing beautiful complementing dresses by Valentino.
We can also see some footage from the movie showing very important key points of the film, from the previews it seems like it will be definitely worth it to see it.
The movie is released this Friday, July 19th.
